DAY 01 - ARRIVE MADRAS
On the first day you arrive at Madras and the tour operator helps you check in at the hotel. You stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 02 - MADRAS - MAHABALIPURAM - PONDICHERRY
On the 2nd day you drive to Pondicherry and visit tourist destinations in Madras city and Mahabalipuram on the way. On your arrival in Pondicherry you check in into hotel. You stay at the hotel overnight.
DAY 03 - PONDICHERRY - TRICHY
On the 3rd day the itinerary includes a drive to Trichy and on the way you visit the tourist destinations in Pondicherry that include visits to the Aurobindo Ashram and Auroville. Once you arrive in Trichy you check in at the hotel. You stay at the hotel overnight.
DAY 04 - TRICHY - THANJAVUR
On the 4th morning the tour itinerary includes a city tour of Trichy. You visit several tourist destinations such as the Rock cut temple, Jambukeshwara temple and Sri Ranganathaswamy temple and the St. John Church. The tour itinerary then includes a drive to Thanjavur. Once you arrive at Thanjavur, you check in at the hotel.
DAY 05 - THANJAVUR - MADURAI
On the 5th morning the itinerary includes a city tour of Thanjavur that includes a visit to the tourist destinations of this area. These are the Thanjavur Palace and the Brihadeshwara temple & Fort. Once you reach Madurai you check in to a hotel.
DAY 06 - MADURAI - KANNIYAKUMARI
On the 6th day the tour itinerary includes a trip to Kanya Kumai or Cape Camorin. Once you reach Kanya Kumari you check into a hotel and then you can visit the markets and beaches of Cape Camorin.
DAY 07 - KANYA KUMARI - KOVALAM
On the 7th day the tour itinerary includes a trip to the monument of Swami Vivekananda that is one of the most important tourist destinations in the state of Kerala. The tour itinerary includes a drive to Kovalam.
DAY 08 - KOVALAM
On the 8th day you can spend the entire day sightseeing at Kovalam. You stay the night at the hotel overnight.
DAY 09 - KOVALAM - PERIYAR
On the 9th day the tour itinerary includes a trip to Periyar. Once you reach Periyar you check in at the hotel. The tour itinerary includes a boat ride on the Lake Periyar. You stay at the hotel overnight.
DAY 10 - PERIYAR
The tour itinerary on the tenth day includes a trip to the Periyar National Park and Tiger Reserve. You can go on a trekking trip with a local guide. You can see and enjoy the wildlife and natural beauty of Periyar. You have the option to take a walk on the plantations. The tour itinerary includes a boat ride on the Periyar Lake. You can stay at the hotel overnight.
DAY 11 - PERIYAR - COCHIN DEPARTURE
On the 11th day the tour operator drives you to Cochin so that you can take the connecting flight or train to Chennai.
