Day 01: Bagdogra/Bhadrapur (Nepal)- Pemayangtse.

The tour operator meets you at the airport and drives you along the Tista valley to the Sikkim border at Melli. From here the tour itinerary includes a diversion from the Rangit valley and you stop at Jprethang for refreshment. You have your lunch at Pemayangtse and you stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: Pemayangtse- Yuksom

On the 2nd day the tour itinerary includes a trip to the Pemayangtse Monastery that was constructed sometime in the 17th century. You stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 03: Yuksom-Tshoka

On the 3rd day the trek begins through the dense tropical forests. The last two-hour trek to Tshoka is a very steep climb. You get the first glimpse of the Mt. Pandim peak. You spend the night at the campsite in huts and tents.

Day 04: Tshoka-Dzongri

On the 4th day the tour itinerary includes a steep climb through the rhododendron forests. You can see the Mt. Khangchendzonga and Mt. Padim can be all along the route. You stay at the campsite overnight.

Day 05: Dzongri-Thangsing

On the 5th day you trek along an easy trail with a clear view of Mt. Khangchendzonga. A slight climb after you cross a mountain stream will bring you to the campsite for the night.

Day 06: Thangsing-Samiti Pokhari

You trek through the village on the 6th day and walk along the moraines for about an hour. You stay overnight at the camp by the lake.

Day 07: Samiti Pokhari-Goechala

On the 7th day the tour itinerary includes a climb along a gully and you walk on moraines and boulders. You can see the eastern face of Mt. Khangchendzonga all along the trek. The trek includes a descent to Samiti Pokhari. You stay overnight at the camp tents.

Day 08: Samiti Pokhari - Thangsing

You back track to the Thangsing River on the 8th day and then you camp overnight in the tents.

Day 09: Thangsing - Bakhim

On the 9th day the tour itinerary includes a descent to Phedang instead of going back to Dzongri. You descend to Bakhim through the dense forests. You stay overnight in the tents.

Day 10: Bakhim - Yuksom

On the last day of the trek the tour itinerary includes a back trail to Yuksom at your own leisure. You visit tourist destinations such as the Dubdi Monastery and the Karthok lake. You stay at the hotel overnight.

Day 11: Yuksom-Gangtok/Bagdogra/Bhadrapur

On the 11th day you drive to Gangtok via Rabongla where you stop for lunch brfore proceeding further.
